detail, internet delivery of completed reports and
immediate response to underwriter requests.
We consistently provide three day service because we
spend 100% of our time appraising - even during
drive time.
We collect all appraisal fees in advance so we don't
spend half our day trying to collect old invoices.
We either collect the borrower's check when we visit
their home or the lender sends advance payment with
the appraisal request.
We don't want our lender clients liable for payment
of appraisal fees! This means less accounting work
for everyone. By collecting in advance, we can certify
that compensation for our services is not linked to
the appraised value or any other contingency. This
establishes our neutrality and protects our clients
from the new "conflict of interest" legislation.
Our primary service area is the five county Dallas
Fort Worth Metroplex area including Dallas, Tarrant,
Denton, Collin and Rockwall counties.
